We strongly encourage all users to explore our free plan thoroughly before upgrading to Pro, as it includes extensive learning content at no cost.
NihonStudy does not offer refunds on Pro subscription purchases. Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction, or failure to use the service.

After cancellation, your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not trigger any refund.
NihonStudy offers a permanent free plan with extensive features including Hiragana, Katakana, basic Kanji, JFT mock tests, community forum, and AI Yuki Sensei (limited). We strongly encourage users to use the free plan to evaluate the platform before upgrading.
Since our free plan is comprehensive and available indefinitely, we do not offer trial periods or refunds based on product dissatisfaction.
All payments are securely processed by Paddle.com, a trusted global payment provider. NihonStudy does not store your card details. If you believe there has been an unauthorised charge, please contact both us and Paddle directly.
